Client Relationship Manager

Head of Legal & Compliance

Legal:

  • To ensure the smooth running of contracts negotiations alongside the Group's external lawyers;
  • To be responsible for all legal process and drafting of contract.

Compliance:

  • To ensure compliance and on-going management to the Group’s certification.
  • To undertake the annual audits to ensure this is compliant.

Compliance and Licensing:

  • To ensure group AML compliance is in line with regulatory requirements;
  • To ensure licensing updates are implemented in accordance with regulatory updates and requirements;
  • To ensure all regulatory submissions are undertaken on time;
  • To ensure knowledge and understanding of jurisdictional licensing as required.

  • Review all external communications such as sales advertising to ensure there are no violations of standards or regulations
  • Design and deliver employee training on compliance related topics, policies, and procedures and record the same for evidence to external auditors/regulators.
  • Responsibility for maintaining all registers and records required by the relevant regulatory authority.
  • Responsible for liaison with regulators, law enforcement agencies, external auditors and client audit teams where applicable and/or required.
  • Produce relevant returns and notifications to the applicable regulatory body, corresponding and meeting with any regulatory body as required
  • File appropriate compliance reports with regulatory authorities, to include returns, update notifications as well as reporting violations of compliance or regulatory standards
  • Deliver comprehensive written compliance and risk reports to the Board on a quarterly basis or more frequently where required

Accountant role for a professional services organisation in Gibraltar. Candidates ideally must be fully ACCA/ACA qualified or near to qualification. Experience working within financial services and client accounting preferred. Exposure to 'family office' accounting would be an advantage.

Candidate requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA)
  • Sound intellectual skills evidenced by a strong academic background, preferably to graduate level or equivalent combination of A-levels, further training and experience. Must hold at least 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent, to include Maths and English.
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
  • Experience in an accountancy or financial services environment.
  • Experience of dealing with complex and detailed financial information.

Account Manager (Online Gaming)

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage close relationships with the allocated B2B clients. Management will be via phone calls, email and Skype;
  • Manage multiple B2B clients in a professional and organized manner. Complete regular client review meetings. Create and manage backlogs of client requirements;
  • Create and deliver regular network marketing promotions to help support games at operator level;
  • Work with clients to compile data and insights on product performance versus that of competitors, the effects of targeted campaigns and promotions etc.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an account manager / commercial manager/affiliate manager across any relevant online (digital) industry and sector;
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience within the iGaming industry;
  • Experience in supporting key accounts and a proven track record in growing an existing business portfolio and in achieving established revenue targets;
  • Experience in working inside an iGamingB2C operator is highly advantageous;
  • Proven competence negotiating;
  • Good levels of experience in managing B2B clients and in working to contractually agreed commercial terms;
  • English proficiency and Russian as an advantage but not essential.

Conduct system design activities and reviews of detailed application module specifications, classes, and other software components:

  • Ensuring that architectural solutions met technical and functional requirements.
  • Confer with clients to identify requirements (e.g., data, information needs, processing, specific output, functional and development of test data), and determine their desired outcomes. From there, create the system designs with options.
  • Proactively analyse and review emerging technologies, changes in the industry and the business functions of various clients, in order to determine if the advanced applications fit the needs of changing strategies, goals and objectives (Develop and maintain technical knowledge through training, classes)
  • Enforce the SDLC process, ensuring business requirements contain no solutions/designs.
  • Maintain regular training for Sun CERT Secure Coding Techniques, OWASP Mitigation and Testing
  • Proactively provide security expertise (including PCI) and guidance. Rigorously adhere to, and enforce, InfoSec Policies & Procedures and Acceptable Use Policy
  • Full support for PCI Compliant SLDC including Change Management process and procedures. (Knowledge ITIL v3 ITSM methodology or similar is a bonus)
  • Work with Client Developers in providing support for Integration projects - this can also involve travel to customer premises

Qualifications / Skills Required:

  • BA/BS degree in computer science or equivalent, and at least 5 years of industry experience, including architect-level experience.
  • Familiarity with software development processes (RUP, XP, Agile)
  • Expert in Java / IT systems development best practice
  • Experience with developing N-Tier, SOA and/or Microservices architectures.
  • Expert in UML
  • Working knowledge of network protocols including HTTP, DNS, SSL/TLS, SSH
  • Proficient in RDMS performance and familiarity in Oracle in particular.
  • Expert in GoF design patterns, Enterprise design patterns, OO and functional programming.
  • Hands-on experience coding modern, scalable enterprise IT systems

  • Proficient at one or more container technologies, like Docker, CRI-O, orchestration technologies like Docker Swarm, Apache Mesos, Kubernetes, Openshift OCP, etc.

  • Expert in security systems, and able to be the architect for new PKI (digital signatures) and JWT (session) implementations.
